SportsAlgo Service Policy

1. Introduction

1.1. SportsAlgo, a product of Tattva Technologies (GSTIN 07EYOPS1991A1Z2), provides sports coverage, highlights, analytics, and streaming services ("Services") to clients.

1.2. This Service Policy ("Policy") governs the terms and conditions under which SportsAlgo provides its Services to Clients. By engaging SportsAlgo's Services, you agree to be bound by this Policy and any other applicable terms and conditions.

2. Service Description

2.1. SportsAlgo offers a variety of Services, including:

* On-Demand Coverage: Capturing and delivering sports events footage on demand.

* Highlights Production: Creating concise, engaging summaries of sports events.

* Analytics: Providing data-driven insights and analysis of sports performance.

* Streaming: Facilitating live or delayed streaming of sporting events.

2.2. The specific Services and any additional services (add-ons) provided to each Client will be outlined in a separate agreement or service order.

3. Client Responsibilities

3.1. Payment: Clients are responsible for timely payment of all fees associated with the Services as outlined in the agreement or service order.

3.2. Access and Cooperation: Clients will provide SportsAlgo with the necessary access, information, and cooperation required to deliver the Services effectively.

3.3. Content Usage: Clients may use the Content (as defined below) solely for the purposes specified in the agreement or service order. Unauthorised use, distribution, or modification of the Content is strictly prohibited.

4. SportsAlgo's Rights and Responsibilities

4.1. Intellectual Property: SportsAlgo retains all intellectual property rights to its Services, software, algorithms, and any Content created by SportsAlgo. Clients receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Content as per the agreement.

4.2. Monetization and Marketing: SportsAlgo reserves the right to monetize and market the Content through advertising, sponsorships, or other means, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

4.3. Service Delivery: SportsAlgo will use reasonable efforts to provide the Services in a professional and timely manner. However, SportsAlgo does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

4.4. Confidentiality: SportsAlgo will maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information provided by the Client, except as required by law.

5. Limitations of Liability

5.1. Disclaimer: SportsAlgo's Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

5.2. No Liability: SportsAlgo shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use the Services.

6. Termination

6.1. Either party may terminate the agreement for cause upon written notice if the other party breaches any material term of the agreement.

6.2. SportsAlgo may terminate the agreement immediately if the Client fails to pay any fees due or engages in any activity that violates this Policy or applicable laws.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

7.1. This Policy shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.

8. Amendments

SportsAlgo reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on the SportsAlgo website, and continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Policy.
