1. General Refund Principles

1.1. SportsAlgo aims to provide high-quality services and strives for client satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our services and the resources involved, refunds are subject to the following conditions:

1.2. All refund requests must be made in writing to SportsAlgo within 2 days of the service date ie the date of the event covered.

1.3. SportsAlgo will evaluate each refund request on a case-by-case basis, considering the specific circumstances and the terms of the agreement or service order.

2. Non-Refundable Services

2.1. Streaming: Due to the nature of streaming, fees for this service are non-refundable.

2.2. Custom Content: Services involving the creation of custom content (e.g., bespoke highlights reels, specialised analytics reports) are non-refundable once production has begun, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

2.3. Rush Services: Expedited or rush services may be subject to non-refundable fees due to the additional resources required for accelerated delivery.

3. Refundable Scenarios

3.1. Service Non-Delivery: If SportsAlgo fails to deliver the agreed-upon services due to its own fault or negligence, a full refund be issued.

3.2. Technical Issues: In the event of significant technical issues during live streaming or other services that significantly impair the quality or usability of the deliverables, a partial or full refund may be granted at SportsAlgo's discretion.

3.3. Other Circumstances: SportsAlgo may consider refunds in other exceptional circumstances at its sole discretion.

4. Refund Process

4.1. To request a refund, clients must submit a written request detailing the reasons for the refund and any relevant supporting documentation.

4.2. SportsAlgo will review the request and notify the client of its decision within 5 business days.

4.3. If approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 5 business days of the approval date.

5. No Warranties

5.1. SportsAlgo does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of its services.

5.2. SportsAlgo is not responsible for any decisions made by the client based on the information or insights provided by the Services.

6. Modifications

SportsAlgo reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on the SportsAlgo website.

7. Governing Law

This Refund Policy shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.
